The way to love someone
is to lightly run your finger over that person's soul
until you find a crack,
and then gently pour your love into that crack.

Red Lobster Biscuits recipe:2 cups Bisquick biscuit mix 2/3 cup milk 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) 1/4 cup butter (melted) 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley Then....Preheat oven to 450 degree. Mix biscuit mix, milk, and cheddar cheese until soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley; brush generously over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. Make 10-12 biscuits. The garlic should be added to the bisquik and maybe keep in the butter bush as well ... plus more cheese or sharper cheese would be better.

Wednesday
Roasted Chicken (w/ onion and garlic) , Cauliflower, Carrots, Strawberry Skewers

The florets are cut into thick slices and tossed with extra-virgin olive oil and herbs. Wherever the flat surfaces come into contact with the hot roasting pan, a deep browning occurs that results in a sweet, nutty flavor.
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.Toss cauliflower, oil, marjoram, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Spread on a large rimmed baking sheet and roast until starting to soften and brown on the bottom, 15 to 20 minutes. Toss the cauliflower with vinegar and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and roast until the cheese is melted and any moisture has evaporated, 5 to 10 minutes more.

Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Pop them back into the oven for about 5 more minutes to achieve sweet, salty, still slightly cruchy perfection! >>> top rack with cauliflower will work.

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
+ 1 cup dark brown sugar
1 pint of strawberries
+ sprigs of fresh rosemary (going to use the rosemary as the skewer ... pretty) These are grilled. but I'm going to cook them in my panini skillet
