definitive carrot juice recipe

Juicer ... love it ... yeah, more "old" stuff ... lol.

Here is the definitive carrot juice recipe

Carrots (enough to produce four cups of juice)
habanero pepper
dash of ground cinnamon

serve over ice with strawberry garnish

I've been "puny" all week ... we'll see if this kicks it up a couple of gears
